A Sydney-based Fintech group wanted to move 150+ workloads from bare-metal and virtual servers to public and private cloud.
To succeed with this complex project, we created a structured approach to elicit information about systems, analyse data, and produce designs. We acted as the technical authority for workloads that were shared across the business, provided advice to application teams, and recommended workload exit strategies.
This enabled our client to complete a large-scale data centre migration within deadline – and unearthed future opportunities for consolidation and enhancement.
